Amorici Field Blend Rosé 2019

This is Todd and Crystal's third year working with fruit from this site, and this was one of the favorites of their lineup last year! Kind of a chillable red, kind of a rosé, this wine shows Todd's true mastery of making wines from hybrid grapes. Hybrid grapes can have a foxiness or "grapeyness" that comes through in the wine, but it all disappears in this blend into a candied fruit character that puts this wine squarely in the Glou Glou category, with tart strawberry, cranberry, and cherry all poking through on the nose, and a similar red-fruit salad across the broad but focused palate. Drink chilled!

We love it with… 🍙🌮🍔
