A delicate, but structured red spritzer made from Pinot Noir and Chardonnay. At only 10.9%, this red Pét-Nat is structural, savoury, a bit more restrained than a rosé, almost a Pét-Nat for grown-ups. Think raspberry, cherry and strawberry. Then also a few forest notes. Wonderful delicate bubbles and lovely salty touch at the end.
