This dry, skin contact white is made from the Zibibbo grape, known also as Muscat of Alexandria, which happens to be one of our favorite grapes to make into orange wine! Smells like Pantelleria-- full of sweet hints of apricot, citrus peel, dried fruit and honey are intertwined with salty and mineral tones. The sunny and Mediterranean freshness, the refined flavor and the silky tannins emphasize the sip with rhythm and vitality.

Vinification: Farmed using organic and biodynamic methods—the fight against weeds and parasites is conducted with agronomic means, without pesticides, cryptogamic or any other type of chemical product. No fertilizers of any kind are made, not with chemical fertilizers or even organic ones. Wild herbs are planted at the end of winter. In the cellar, the grapes are taken off the stem and pressed. Fermentation is carried out in stainless steel tanks, using only indigenous yeasts. This process lasts for approximately fifteen days. Aging happens over one year-- 6 months in stainless silos and 6 months in chestnut barrels.
