Turi Rosso 2019
Salvatore Marino is the latest star winemaker in Sicily-- he is currently doing fewer than 3500 bottles per year, divided into 2 wines - one macerated white (Turi Bianco) and one red. Classic herbs on the nose with a little minerality, but then sour, fresh cherries appear on the palate. Refreshing acidity and a nice salty finish.
We love it with… 🍖🍛🍝
