Azimut is the term for the connection between the sun and the sea, a connection between the sky and the land. This non vintage cava is made by Cellers de Can Suriol, vintage cava producers, in the years that they don't make a vintage wine. They also purchase fruit from the neighbors to help as well. This is easily one of the BEST cavas we've had to date-- incredibly dry with a super fine and soft mousse. Sure to wow, especially for the price!
