We are pretty sure the Masini brothers win an award for working with the most grapes you've never heard of-- including Spergola, a grape once confused as Sauvignon Blanc! A quercia is an oak tree, so this wine is (sort of) called "the one from the oak trees." A wild and slightly sour sparkler-- the perfect intro to pet nat for all the beer lovers in your life.
We love it with… 🍄🦐🧀
