Sus Scrofa is the Latin name for the wild boar that roam these vineyards-- they are difficult yet extremely tasty, much like the Sumoll grapes that Ramon grows and makes into this medium-bodied, smoky, earthy red.

Region: Catalunya, Spain
Vinification: Organic farming; hand-harvested and de-stemmed. Fermentation takes place in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks (20 Celcius) over 10 days with native yeasts. Aged 4 months in cement tank.
