One of Giulio's most famed orange wines, Dinavolino spends 10 months on the skins, transforming into a deeply structured wine with tangerine and smoky mineral notes. If you choose just one from his lineup, we'd recommend this one! It's a benchmark for great Italian orange wines... in our opinion anyway. ;)

Vinification: Organic farming. The grapes are hand-harvested in the first week of September and undergo intensive vineyard sorting for only matured grapes. All grapes are de-stemmed and macerated for 10 months in stainless steel with spontaneous fermentation lasting for 15 days without temperature control. Unfiltered, unfined, no SO2.
