From the producer: The harvest of 2019 will be remembered for the abundance of precipitation that fell in September and early October. We were lucky to pick perfectly ripe grapes between rain showers. We set out to make this as a red wine - 30 days of skin-contact, fermented with native yeasts, 40% wholecluster inclusion and aged in Oregon and French oak barrels. We bottled without fining or filtration. This gris has aromas of fruit punch and fresh hewn cedar. Serve with a light chill and pair with foods that make you smile.
