Table Beer Conditioned with Brettanomyces. Vesper is brewed with Pilsner malt, flaked rye, and wheat. It is lightly hopped with Styrian Golding and Cascade, and fermented in stainless tanks with one of our favorite strains of Belgian yeast. Bottled September 2021
