From the producer: "Cyrille only produces wines made from Gamay, and when using carbonic maceration (a winemaking technique synonymous with Beaujolais) he goes all in. Gamay sans Frontieres undergoes 8 days of carbonic maceration, bringing out all of the fruit characteristics of Gamay. "
