Vinification: Lelarge Pugeot is one of only a handful of biodynamic grower-producers in Champagne. The Tradition is their classic, entry level Champagne with notes of ripe pears, apples, orange zest and apricot. Plenty of fine bubbles with a slightly creamy finish.
