Olivier Cohen actually sold wine at famed natural wine bar La Part des Anges in Nice before doing stints with some of France's elite natty winemakers. His rosés are what originally turned heads, but we love his reds full of fresh, gravelly red fruit and thirst quenching acidity. Drink it chilled with something (or someone) spicy. ;)
