LaVelle Vineyard Riesling 2016
Botrytis, also know as noble rot, is a rare and beautiful thing for grapes. It concentrates their sugars, making for dry wines with BIG aromas. This peachy, tropical, petrol bomb is the most beautiful dry Riesling we've tried in recent memory. Pairs great with anything with some spice! Or give it a try as the end to your Thanksgiving meals.
We love it with… 🌶🥘🥧
