Dark garnet in colour, with aromas of black cherry, blackberry liqueur, candied rose petal, peppery spice, and dusty earth. Cherry, plum, rosemary, flinty minerality, a trace of cinnamon and fresh acidity are framed by black tea tannins. Blackberry, espresso and licorice linger between each robust sip.

Vinification: Farmed organically, no herbicides, no treatments with chemical and/or synthetic fertilizers, pesticide treatments limited to low doses of copper and sulphur. Spontaneous fermentation with native yeasts, unfined, unfiltered, no added sulphur. Fermented and aged in stainless steel.
