La Preyna is the name of an old parcel planted with Cinsault and Grenache is deep granitic soils. This is one of Texier's light-bodied more everyday wine, made is the same style as the local wines of the region. Cinsault is great grape to try if you usually like Pinot Noirs- it's full of darker, brambly fruit with a touch of pepper and plenty of herbal notes. Try slightly chilled!
We love it with… 🍄🍔🥓
