A powerful orange that smells faintly peachy -- but not in a juicy way-- like the one 2 days from being perfectly ripe. Dry and salty, it's more underripe nectarine on the palette with mango notes. Super textured and grippy with a long finish, this wine was meant for food, so serve it with dinner. We'd pair it with anything roasted -- think pork shoulder, oven-baked salmon, root veggies, mushrooms...
We love it with… 🍖🥔🍄
