Vermut Bianco


A vermouth made from a blend of Nuragas, Cannonau, and Vermentino grapes macerated with roots, herbs, flowers, and citrus, all native and naturally grown on the estate in Isola dei Nuraghi, Sardinia. Filled with aromas of ripe pears, flowers, and summer herbs, this vermouth is extra dry, with a smooth and round finish. Try it on the rocks with a lemon twist or in your next martini!

It is herbaceous and wild, incorporating an ever-evolving list of roots, wildflowers, berries, and aromatic herbs, with a strong bitter backbone and bracing profile.
