Sauvignon Blanc 2019
"The Sauv Blanc I started at the top of the hill picking and picked in a few picks, this year maybe four or five picks about a week a half from start to finish. I hid the grapes from the birds with plenty of leaves this year, so sacrificed a bit of ripeness I could have a better amount of fruit and less botrytus." (Sam)

Grape: 100% Sauvignon Blanc
Region: Margaret River, Western Australia, Australia
Vinification: The grapes are dry grown near the town of Cowaramup in the Margaret River region and farmed using organic practices since taking over the vineyard at the beginning of 2017 . All vines are own rooted. Fermented on skins and made without any pumping, temperature control of ferment, filtering, fining, oak or additions (SO2 is an addition, therefore no SO2). Just grapes.
