Vinification: Originally started a collab with the Portland bar that shares its name, the 'Someday' vermouth sees two iterations... a harvest one with fresh orange peel, clove, artichoke leaf, and other wintery ingredients... and a summer one that's lighter and more playful. We LOVED this harvest one so much we bought the last few bottles they had. It's the perfect fireside sipper. Think post-beach, post-hike, while-you-are-camping drink of the summer. Serve on the rocks with an orange twist or mixed into your favorite cocktail.
