Urban Family Brewing
From the brewer: This IPA started with a grist of pale 2-row, malted oats and wheat, and flaked oats and wheat. We hopped the beer with Talus in the whirlpool, and then fermented under pressure with our house IPA yeast, A38 Juice. The beer was dry hopped during fermentation and under pressure with Enigma, Citra, and Mosaic.
The resulting beer has notes of grapefruit, pink lemonade, and white wine on the nose, as well as flavors of citrus and pineapple.
