Carignan Vinedo Silvestre 2018

Tannins are delicate, velvety, soft and round. Acidity is lively in the mouth with hints of cherry and strawberry with a persistent finish.

We love it with… Grilled white meat, rabbit, pasta and French cheese; shellfish and fish in general.
