Grape: 60% Bacchus, 20% Gelber Muskateller, 20% Pinot Blanc
Vinification: Certified Biodynamic; Neither fertilizers nor pesticides are used, but a good deal of extra manual work. After the selective hand-picking, the grapes are pressed and remain in contact with the skins for four weeks. After the spontaneous fermentation, it is aged for one year in 1200 liter wooden barrels. Bottled without fining, filtering, or sulfur.
