This is Wild Arc's first time working with fruit from the Sawmill Creek vineyards, and this wine is a true standout in their 2019 line up! Not your typical Finger Lakes Riesling, or really your typical Riesling at all, this native ferment Reisling is full-bodied, savory, and extremely dry-- like razor-sharp. This Riesling makes our favorite (Brand's Riesling Trocken) seem like juice. If you only try one Riesling this year, please make it this one.

Vinification: Sustainable farming. Whole-cluster macerated for 24 hours. Pressed into stainless steel tank, racked once to clarify. 20ppm SO2 at crush, 10ppm SO2 at bottling.
