At 1800ft elevation, this Pinot Noir is exposed to beautiful diurnal temperature shifts, and a unique terroir that lends a mystical element to the wines made from this place. This wine is dry and delicate, with a subtle backbone of complex tannins. Thought-provoking and yet light, this wine is a sessionable treat.
