Sete's Sabbia is another lighter and more refreshing orange from these youngsters in Lazio. Two days of skin contact make this wine leaning more toward a full-bodied white than a straighy up structured orange wine-- aromatic, juicy, tart and zesty with a slight saline quality. Sabbia is an Italian word that refers to crushed tiny pieces of rock and shell, much like sand, which represents the soil type of this wine.
