Wine is vinified whole-cluster, one half is foot-trodden, and one rests on the skins for approximately a week. Inspired by Alpine Italian and Austrian wine styles - bold treatments for these traditionally Germanic grapes. The resultant wine is stunningly shaped - somehow both rounded and angular. Flavors are full in the mouth, and a dusting of tannins finish on the tongue. A peach fuzzy moonage daydream.
